TAKING NEW PATIENTS

Dr Jia Hui Ong graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Tasmania in 2020, and is currently completing her General Practice training through the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

Jia has worked in various hospitals such as Launceston General Hospital, Western Health and Women’s and Children’s Hospital Adelaide for a number of years, acquiring a broad range of experience.

She has interests in paediatrics, women’s health, and acute care, having done specialty rotations in intensive care and paediatrics. She values providing her patients with whole-person care and supporting them in staying as healthy as possible. On her off days, she enjoys unwinding with gym, pilates and a good Korean drama.
