As a private general practice, our aim is to provide you with the very best care and service. We would like you to feel that you are not being rushed, that our doctors are attentive and that they explain things clearly.
Our fees are structured to reflect the time you spend with the doctor as well as the number and complexity of matters discussed during your consultation. We align our fees with recommended industry standards which have been calculated after careful study and investigation of practice costs, and are fair, reasonable and appropriate for the services provided.

If you are receiving an extra service in the treatment room, there may be additional costs.
Telehealth consultations incur the same fees as face to face appointments.
Unfortunately, the government froze Medicare rebates between 2012 and 2017 and the recent indexes have been too minimal to catch up on a significant underfunding over so many years. Your rebate now covers less than half of the cost to see your GP. For more information the Australian Medical Association provides this poster and suggest you contact your local Federal MP if you are concerned. You can also review their new suggested Modernise Medicare Policy.
As a practice we are no longer able to subsidise the cost of consultations for concession card holders and will no longer offer a discount to these patients. Medicare supports these patients with the Extended Medicare Safety Net (EMSN). To read about the Extended Medicare Safety Net click here.
Fees will be increasing on the 3rd August 2026. Unfortunately, the medicare rebate increase of 2.6% has again failed to match inflation. Our fees are increasing inline with wage increases and inflation to ensure we can continue to cover significant rising costs.
