Since we opened in 2018, we’ve strived to continue to be innovative, not just with our patient care but also with the administrative team. Ways we have done this include:
- The latest Best Practice software
- E-prescriptions
- AutoMed systems, for online bookings and automation of processes
- Remote Desktop access
- Use of Point-of-Care ultrasound in a general practice setting
- Telehealth consultations, in primary care with our patients and with specialists from Melbourne or Interstate.
- Creating sub- specialist interests/clinics such as Antenatal or Skin Clinics, all within the framework of NEFM

- Limited on call roster with minimal after hour consultants

- Open door policy between all our staff to be able to seek support when needed
- Ability to work on and develop sub-speciality skills through post graduate studies. These skills can be used to focus your practice through the clinic.
- Training and Development through Weekly teaching with medical and nursing staff, provided by our team, local specialist and local allied health practitioners.
