Under 5 Years Flu Vax [Funded]
5-64 Years Flu Vax [Funded] – these are for patients we have identified as eligible for government funded vaccinations
5-64 Years Flu Vax [Private] – note there is an $18 charge for the vaccination but the appointment is bulk billed
