Upon receipt of your repeat referral request, your practitioner will review your request and confirm your eligibility within 3 business days. In some cases, you may be asked to come in for an appointment to ensure proper management of your healthcare.
Please note the following guidelines that apply to all online referral requests:
Online repeat referrals are only suitable for referrals that have previously been provided to you, within the last 12 months, and are due for renewal
Referrals cannot be backdated
You must have been seen face to face at North East Family Medicine in the last 6 months
Your request may take up to 3 business days to process, if you require a referral urgently, please visit us online to book an appointment
